When will I receive my order?
The majority of the store is hand made to order, and processing times will vary for each item. Check the item description on each item's page for an estimated delivery range. We come up with the delivery range by adding each item's production time to USPS's posted delivery times. Please note that the estimates displayed are almost always accurate, but occasionally factors like weather events and postal delays can delay delivery.
How will my order be shipped?
Standard shipping is through USPS First class. Shipping time will vary based on the shipping service you choose, the distance the package has to travel, and proximity to holidays.
During periods of inclement weather or the post office’s busy seasons, your package may take additional time to be delivered. Please be mindful of potential postal delays and leave enough time for your order to arrive.
If you believe your shipment was lost or stolen, please contact me immediately. You may be required to sign an affidavit confirming your package was lost or stolen for insurance purposes.
International buyers: Please be aware of your country’s customs and import taxes. Certain countries impose an additional fee on international shipments that the buyer will have to pay before they can collect their shipment. These fees are set by your country, and I cannot influence them.
How do I receive digital items?
Once you've completed payment, a link will be generated so you can download your digital files. This may take a few minutes depending your internet speed, so please be patient and don't refresh the page. The download link will also be sent to the email address you provide at checkout so that you can still download your files in the future!
What's your return policy?
I completely understand the difficulties of online shopping, so I offer a no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, send me a message to request a return within 14 days of delivery.
If the item arrived damaged, please provide photographs showing the extent of the damage. If the packaging was damaged, please also include photographs showing the damage and hold on to it until your claim has been completed.
After receiving further return details, ship your order back within 30 days. A full refund will be issued upon my receipt of the return. Item must be returned in its original condition. Any decrease in value will be deducted from the refund.
I can not accept returns on personalized or digital items, but please do contact me if you have any problems with your order, and I'll be happy to work with you to fix it.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order or change personalization details, contact me as soon as possible. If I have already begun production on your order, an additional charge may apply to cancel or change your details.
Do you have any coupon codes available?
Maybe! Make sure you're subscribed to my newsletter and following me on social media to keep up with our sales and coupons.
I need my order in time for a wedding / party!
Unless otherwise discussed, I cannot guarantee specific arrival dates for your orders. I recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event for most items, although larger orders may need more lead time. On some occasions, I may be able to rush your order. Please contact me before purchasing and let me know your location (state), event date, and items needed if you think you will need your order rushed.
International customers: delivery may take up to 2-6 weeks, depending on your location. If you live in a more remote area, please allow plenty of time for your items to arrive.
