Squid Berry retains all copyrights to artwork. By purchasing this listing, you are licensing Squid Berry artwork for the following uses. 

Allowable Uses:

  • You may download and print the papers as many times as you would like. 
  • You may have digital papers professionally printed at any printing service of your choice. 
  • You may resize, recolor, add to, or alter digital papers in any way you wish for personal use. 
  • You may use digital papers with professional services to create your own scrapbook albums (such as Shutterfly).
  • You may use digital papers in the creation of your own physical handmade designs (such as jewelry) for sale in person or online.
  • You may use digital papers for your personal website or Etsy store branding.
  • You may use digital papers in the creation of branding or packing materials for your handmade items. 
  • You may use digital papers for backgrounds or elements in social media posts (such as Instagram) for your personal account or small business account. 
  • You may use digital papers in the creation of physical prints of invitations or paper products for sale, provided they are significantly altered with your own designs. 
  • You may use digital papers in the creation of digital artwork or invitations for sale, provided they are significantly altered with your own designs and are compressed in a way that the end user is unable to extract the clip art. 

Prohibited Uses:

  • You may not resell, trade, gift, or distribute digital papers, either in digital or physical form. 
  • You may not use digital papers in the creation of scrapbooking kits, design bundles, or similar items. 
  • You may not use digital papers in the creation of digital cut files for distribution or sale. 
  • You may not use digital papers in the creation of embroidery files for distribution or sale. 
  • You may not upload digital papers to stock image sites (such as Shutterstock). 
  • You may not use digital papers in the creation of commercially manufactured items or print-on-demand items (such as Zazzle or Redbubble).
